Question: My dog bites, will you groom him/her?

Answer: Yes, we will work with you to groom your pet, and sometimes the use of a muzzle is required, and can even help to calm them down. We will provide your pet the TLC to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.

Question: Do I need to have an appointment?

Answer: Yes.

Question: How often should I have my pet groomed?

Answer: The typical time frame between grooms is approximately every 6-8 weeks.

Question: How long does it take to groom my dog?

Answer: The majority of dogs takes 1 ½ - 2 hours, however, for larger dogs they may require a little longer.

Question: Can I stay while my dog is being groomed?

Answer: Most dogs are less fidgety if their parent(s) are not around; however, if you feel more comfortable staying you are welcome to. Please let us know when making the appointment to schedule one-on-one time for you.

Question: Do you groom cats?

Answer: Not at this time.
